Rockford is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rockford follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. These guys are scams , they charged us 350 for a jump and then when we were trying to pay the guy got upset and started cussing me out and saying he would call the police , when we were only trying to get a note or invoice to make the payment , afterwards he charged us another $200 and refused to give us any type of evidence for the payment we made , he is a total scam beware these guys are no good , your'e better off calling anybody else before these people

If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional and lying about parts. They waste your time.

We called this location to see if they could fix an issue in regards to a broken wire they said they could, we went down and not only did they not know where the wire was located they were trying to get us to change our injectors stating it was because of that. This shop does not know what they are doing. After 10 minutes of us facetiming them we decided they were not qualified and that we will take it else where. The owner tries to invoice us for $150 usd + wait time at $15 every 15 minutes unless we pay right away. At that point we told him thats unreasonable since they did no work to the truck. They blocked our truck in and blocked our trailer air lines so the unit could not move and we had to call the illinois police department to sort it out. BUY OR BEWARE I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST GOING TO A DEALERSHIP THAN EVER COMING TO THIS SHOP NOTHING MORE THAN CROOKS.
